The Warehouse Manager's main priorities are to assist Matador’s management with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.

Viva Distributing, LLC, began operations in March 2001 in El Paso, TX. Their warehouse locations include Amarillo, Lubbock, Abilene, Midland/Odessa, San Angelo, and El Paso. Viva operates 39 routes that service over 2,300 customers throughout West Texas with a team of 50 dedicated employees.

Responsibilities:

· Receiving deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product

· Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse

· Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse

· Conduct quarterly business reviews to update Regional Accounts on business, channel competition, opportunities, and promotions

· Assist in repackaging and introducing repackaged product back into circulation within RBNA's standards

· Assist in the disposal of damage/out-of-date product

· Assist with the scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance.

· Secondary contact for warehouse access and security

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

· Prior warehouse experience, preferred

· High school diploma or GED required

· Excellent communication, organizational and mathematical skills

· Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs over your head

· Must be at least 21 years old, with current driver's license and a clean driving record

· Self Motivation
