Responsible for conducting testing procedures during manufacturing processes to ensure that products comply with quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform inspection on products received;
• Perform set-up verification;
• Perform product audits;
• Measure product for process capability studies;
• Conducts studies/audits using laboratory equipment;
• Assists with calibration;
• Completes special and miscellaneous projects;
• All other work assigned.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

• Successfully completes all assigned duties on time and without errors;
• Interacts effectively with internal and external customers;
• Communicates problems or potential problems to Quality Manager;
• Work area is clean and documents are filed properly.

• Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Good organization skills;
• Self-motivated, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Detail-oriented.
