Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards through thorough inspections and adherence to regulations.

Duties:

- Conduct quality audits to identify defects and non-conformities
- Perform QA/QC checks on products at various stages of production
- Use tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines for precise measurements
- Inspect products for compliance with CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations
- Verify product specifications and document inspection results
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly
- Fabricate testing equipment as needed

Skills:

- Proficiency in quality inspection techniques
- Knowledge of CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
