Requirements:

BS and/or master degree in Engineering or Applied Science - (IE, EE or ME preferred). Minimum three to five years in similar position in manufacturing environment. Experience in Engineering applications, Quality Systems, ASQ-CQA – Certified Quality Auditor preferred. Manufacturing, quality, and validation processes knowledge. Systems: ISO 9001, IATF, GMP, 483 Regulation Knowledge. PC skills: Microsoft Office tools, and Minitab among others.

Excellent public speaking and presentation. Fully bilingual – English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all internal and external audits including regulatory and customer audits.

2. Responsible for ensuring true root causes analysis of concerns/complaints raised.

3. Identify opportunities for process improvements to better achieve plant goals and objectives while justifying such improvements and looking after high-quality products.

4. Define and monitor goals and objectives to subordinates; supervise and evaluate its fulfillment.

5. Ensure subordinates have all trainings required and/or needed and provide/facilitate them as necessary.

6. Provide support to assure optimum utilization of manufacturing resources to achieve objectives.

7. Responsible for developing and maintaining manufacturing/production processes that promote a safe and healthy work environment.

8. Represent plant best interests when working with supplier and/or clients with materials, quality, validations, process changes, and product issues/matters.

9. Establish, monitor, and drive improvements for the site quality goals including:

· Lead Audit Program, Corrective Action (CA) System.

· Customer Issue Resolution (CIR) cases

· Cost of Quality

· Technical Regulations and Standards (TRS) compliance.

10. Work closely to the site leadership to drive the quality programs and culture.

11. Establish and maintain document control, lead internal quality audits and process improvement activities.

12. Conduct Quarterly Quality Management Reviews.

13. Monitor all quality operations and processes to ensure standards are met, and quality reports such as yields, scraps, among others.

14. Establish quality team goals and priorities.

15. Collaborate with other members of management to develop manufacturing and training methods.

16. Responsible for incoming inspection.

17. Monitor Supplier Quality.

18. Comply and ensure compliance with EHS requirements as well as company policies and procedures.

19. Participates in special projects and other tasks, as assigned.
