• Provide leadership and guidance to the quality team
• Develop, maintain, improve quality management systems
• Internal/External Audits
• Supplier Quality
• Report writing, presentations
• Corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)
• Handle compliance issues and customer complaints
• Lean Manufacturing
• CNC/Machine Tool/Manufacturing Industry experience
• Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Medical
• AS9100, ISO13485
• AS/BS Degree a plus, not necessary
• 8-10+ year's experience as a Quality Manager in a Manufacturing environment
