Quality Engineer

Job Summary:
As a Global Quality Assurance Engineer, you will spearhead quality assurance efforts, ensuring product and process excellence across our manufacturing sites. This role involves conducting audits, performing capability studies, and developing quality control plans to uphold our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance manufacturing quality systems, including process qualifications and improvements.
• Collaborate with plant quality leaders to standardize and optimize quality procedures.
• Support quality management in various departments to maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• Participate in new product development, focusing on quality planning and validation.
• Manage internal technical specifications and oversee product/process reviews based on performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree required;
• 10+ years in a global manufacturing, quality, or engineering role.
• Strong grasp of statistical tools and quality control processes.
• Proficient in problem-solving and software tools like MS Office and MiniTab; SolidWorks knowledge advantageous.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel globally as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
