Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through precision measurement, data collection, and quality inspections. Your expertise in quality assurance and adherence to industry regulations will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: - Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products - Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and specifications - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements - Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to perform accurate measurements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions - Maintain documentation of quality control processes and results - Adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Requirements: - Previous experience as a Quality Technician or similar role - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends - Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices - Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines is preferred - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written At our company, we value the contributions of our employees.
