3rd Shift,10:30 PM- 7:00 AM , $24.00/ hour

You can expect overtime and weekend work, if required

Resume required, 1 year of Supervisory experience required, Previous Quality Assurance experience required

Job Description for Quality Assurance Supervisor:

Ensure the quality service and support of all mission actives at a location they are assigned Ensure that all Company/Customer mission guidelines are being adhered to and meet quality standards Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies & QMS Reports to Site Manager / Regional Manager

Responsibilities: Client relationship & Business development Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel Daily communications with various stakeholders at the site level Ensure clear and transparent communication to clients onsite and offsite Operations Set up and supervise program launches Staffing of programs/projects ~ scheduling Coordinate changes in missions Conduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performed ~ daily Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to ensure compliance to quality standards and specifications Complete audits to ensure work instructions and policies are followed, updated and communicated to all inspectors Train new inspectors Train/Mentor Site Leaders Spend time working on the Projects, Become an inspector several times a day which is a Working Supervisor Coordinate Site Leaders daily schedules/activities to ensure successful daily operations Position has potential for permanent disability, loss of life, loss of body part, or extensive loss of structure; (specific WI's will detail precautions) Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies Must be willing to support all shifts within reason at their site Must be able to lift/move 30lbs Organization & management Insures all site personnel receive corporate communications Partner with Human Resources for performance and attendance issue resolution Act as a liaison between Site Manager and site leaders Create and maintain a 5S working environment Developing and retaining teams Technical Update daily system entries in company and Customer portals Create and maintain customer and company reports Analyzing technical requirements for customers jobs/missions (existing or upcoming) Troubleshoot and problem solve with the supplier and customer for issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes/spills Create electronic work instructions and have the ability to navigate company and customer websites and portals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
