iBTR’s dedication to recruiting and staffing quality Licensed Benefit counselors has allowed us to become a leader in the Employee Engagement sector. We’re seeking an experienced QA & Talent Lead who can build upon the current foundation. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional who has the experience necessary to recruit, staff, develop, train and coach the Benefit counselors to provide an excellent education on each client’s health benefits, a high level of customer service and ensuring security protocols are followed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review/listen to a subset of benefit counselors’ conversations/enrollments.
• Interpret and build upon current quality assurance evaluation form.
• Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
• Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback.
• Identify training needs to ensure project success as defined by Account Executives.
• Map the need for training and developing the benefit counselor’s performance and initiate these projects.
• Create reports that reflect support performance.
• Staff the enrollment projects with the Benefit counselors that best fit the client’s culture and objectives.
• Interview potential new counselors to work with iBTR (checking incoming staffing email box).
• Recruit potential new counselors to meet the needs established throughout Q4 and maintain database.
• Attend account executive lead client trainings.
• Review Account Executive project team chats for counselor questions, tags or concerns

Qualifications:

• Holds an active Health & Life License in their resident state.

Education and Experience:

• high school education or higher
• 3-5 years of experience working as a Benefit Consultant.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company.
