Purchasing Manager needed:

Nelson Homes/AR Homes is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager familiar with the construction of custom residential homes. You should be self-motivated with experience reading blue prints, estimating, change order pricing, tracking work orders and working with construction managers and subcontractors in the field.

Requirements include:

• Experience in Residential construction
• Scheduling and expediting skills
• Organized and dependable
• Good communications skills
• Strong customer service attitude
• Commitment to quality
• Strong work ethic
• Four year degree a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
