What will you work on?
Designers work on multiple projects simultaneously, bringing them from initial concepts to final production. The role primarily focuses on plush, baby products, and soft goods; a foundational understanding of product design is a must. Knowledge of interactive/animated toys is a bonus. Designers work on original IP, legacy GUND collections and licensed properties. The expectation of the Project Designer is that they are responsible for their projects and execute design direction seamlessly.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in New York City is $80,000 to $100,000 per annum. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required
industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
