Title: Production Planning Manager

Summary: A high-performing leader in the Consumer Goods industry is looking to bring on a Production Planning Manager. With an annual revenue of $500M, this client manufactures kitchen and household products for multiple markets, including residential, retail, and e-commerce. In this role, you will be a key player in the management and development of the production planning processes.

The Production Planning Manager's Responsibilities:

• Work with customers, sales, and management on inventory and capacity processes
• Oversees master planning functions and monitors the productivity of the planning and scheduling teams
• Maintain the materials plan and control schedule to support on-time delivery metrics
• Lead weakly Master Production Schedule meetings
• Create monthly reports on KPIs and manage a team of production planners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain Professionals to present the master production schedule

The Production Planning Manager's Qualifications:

• Bachelors in related field
• 3+ years of production planning or related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and BPCS
• Strong communication skills
