We are looking for a high energy, positive attitude person with extensive digital printing experience to join our team as Production Manager.

To be successful as Production Manager, you must have a background in the printing industry and know it in depth instinctively. Our print environment is entirely digital. Experience working in this type of environment is a must!

This role is located on site in Great Falls, MT. Located between Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks, Great Falls, MT is surrounded by natural beauty and recreational opportunities such as world class fishing, hunting, skiing, hiking, biking, kayaking, water sports and so much more. Whatever the season, you’re sure to find numerous outdoor activities that match your speed.

• Work with a sense of urgency and effective time management
• Can see 4-5 days in the future to coordinate workflow and scheduling
• Have 3+ years’ experience as an Operations or Production Manager in a high-volume digital print environment
• Have excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills
• Approach every task with impeccable attention to detail
• Have strong decision-making abilities and are results driven
• Are computer literate and tech savvy
• Have a proven background in motivating people to do their best and perform at peak
• Are adaptable and flexible to an ever-changing environment
• Have a great sense of humor

As Production Manager You Will

• Supervise, train and motivate a team of 20+ digital press and bindery operators
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Manage employee schedules to ensure maximum efficiency
• Monitor production to resolve issues and maintain production 2-3 days ahead of schedule
• Develop & maintain quality control processes so output meets or exceeds quality standards
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) and inform management as required
• Approve and manage equipment maintenance and schedule/manage outside providers to minimize downtime
• Enforce health and safety precautions
• Train & cross train operators. Identify high performers and develop to promote into leaders
• Report to upper management
