Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of landscape maintenance and lawn care operations
- Lead a team of landscape technicians and provide guidance and supervision
- Plan and schedule daily tasks and assignments for the team
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Maintain and build landscapes, including planting, pruning, and irrigation
- Supervise tree care activities, including trimming, removal, and disease management
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment needed for landscaping projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations

Experience:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and lawn care
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Knowledge of landscape design principles and techniques
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and machinery safely
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
