Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. This is a key leadership role within our growing organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and efficiency targets
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders
- Create and implement processes to minimize waste and maximize productivity
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, assembly, and warehouse operations
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to use power tools and hand tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary - $70,000+ Depending on experience.
