Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial HOA Landscape Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in landscape maintenance, and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments. As the Landscape Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance crews and ensuring that properties are impeccably maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise landscape maintenance crews, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure that properties are maintained efficiently and according to contract specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess the condition of properties, identify maintenance needs, and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement comprehensive landscape maintenance plans for each property, including mowing, pruning, fertilizing, irrigation management, and pest control.
• Procure materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for maintenance activities and ensure that they are used efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Monitor budgetary performance, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant identification, and landscape maintenance best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, problem-solve, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in landscape management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
