Architectural Lighting manufacturing in The Denver Area needs a Production Manager.

at our manufacturing, we fabricated and assembled (Standard, Custom, and different Projects of Lightnings)

Shift: 6 am to 4.30 pm

Production Manager Job Duties:

• Supervised a team of 15-18 employees
• Ensures production targets pertaining to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost are being met.
• Measure performance and correct / adjust work behavior on the production floor
• Communicates and works to resolve issues
• Works closely with Sales and Planning to determine priorities in the production
• Determines the appropriate personnel assignments to meet production needs
• Participates in planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines to ensure projects are accurately completed and on schedule

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE Production Manager:

• We are looking for someone who has worked in Fabrication manufacturing or making Signs.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Experience with ERP System
• Strong Leadership
• Ability to quickly react to changes in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with shop scheduling, inventory control, applying quality assurance techniques, and enforcing safe working procedures
• Attention to detail.
