Job Summary:

Mobile Strength ATX is searching for a qualified personal trainer with a certification, and experience in pre and post natal training for women. This will be a contractor position not paid hourly, but paid per session. Mobile Strength ATX is a mobile personal training company meaning we bring the equipment, and a trainer to the clients homes. You must have an SUV, truck, or car with a hatchback with enough space for all equipment needed.

This is a position that will be based on your availability. It is okay if you have another full time job alongside this one. We will advertise to get you clients, and as they come in you can confirm whether or not you have the availability to take on that client. We will try to keep the clients as close to your home as possible to minimize travel time, but understand that it will take time for us to acquire clients for you. With that being said there will not be a need for you to do any of your own marketing or sales. All training equipment will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and fitness levels
- Design customized workout programs based on clients' individual needs and preferences
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their training programs
- Provide education on nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer or kinesiology/exercise science degree (Required)

-Certification in Pre/Post Natal Personal Training (Required)

-At least 6 months experience training pregnant women or new moms with client results (Required)

-Must live in Austin or within 30 minutes of the city.

-No relocation offered

-Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy
- Experience in group fitness instruction
- Understanding of body mechanics to prevent injuries during exercise
- Proficient in personal training program design.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
