We are currently hiring for Experienced Pool Service Technicians | $1,000 HIRING BONUS for those who qualify.

Our work spans within the St. Louis metro area into Illinois. This is NOT a seasonal position, we build pools year round. We are a premier swimming pool design-build contractor located in St. Clair County and serving St. Louis area since 1996.

Custom Pool, LLC is the leading designer and builder of quality in-ground pools and backyard landscapes. Our specialties include the design-build of custom gunite and vinyl pools, kitchens, spas, fountains, water features, backyard get-aways, and more. Looking for 3-5 years pool experience who is a trustworthy and reliable individual.

Desired Skills:

• General construction skills
• Experience of 3-5 years maintaining and repairing in-ground pools
• Site clean up
• Reliable and accountable
• Hardworking

Responsibilities:

• Performing weekly cleanings/maintenance on existing in-ground pools
• Plumbing and equipment repairs to pools
• Assisting with construction team when necessary

Pay & Benefits: Competitive Hourly wages (pay is based on years of experience)

Schedule:

• 8-10 hour shift (sometimes 12 depending on project)
• Weekend availability

Work Location: On the road at client homes, businesses, etc.

Please note that travel is paid - We understand that your time is valuable. That is why we pay our employees while they are getting ready at our shop at the beginning of the day, until they're clocked out.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
