Geremia Pools & Landscaping is seeking am experienced Pool/Landscape Designer to join our team! We offer a supportive work environment, where we encourage our employees to expand their knowledge and skills.

For 102 years, Geremia Pools has been creating pool/landscape designs for the Greater Sacramento area. We work to understand our customers’ hopes, dreams and budget. Then we design and build the pool they desire. We are now expanding to the central valley and bay area.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designs and sales in the pool/landscape industry, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for creating an amazing experience for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to discuss their vision for a pool or landscape design
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on pool/landscape design, features, and upgrades
• Develop and present detailed proposals and estimates to clients
• Follow up with clients to answer questions and presentations
• Collaborate with other departments and management to ensure client satisfaction
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate new business

Requirements

• Experience in pool and landscape industry
• Proven track record of sales success in the swimming pool or related industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for creating an amazing experience for our clients
• Ability to work independently in a team environment
• Ability to work for 100% commissions
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules
