Job Summary:

Highland Manor of Fallon is. seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations. The Director of Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our facilities and equipment, as well as managing a team of maintenance staff. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage resources.

Duties:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal performance and reliability of facilities and equipment
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs or replacements
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Oversee the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and monitor equipment performance
- Troubleshoot complex issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Perform high voltage and low voltage electrical work as needed
- Fabricate or modify parts using various tools and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to support ongoing operations and projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, and A/C units.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues
- Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management and preventive maintenance scheduling
- Ability to effectively manage a team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
