Plant Manager | Louisiana

Are you an experienced Plant Manager looking to level up your career with a global manufacturer in the infrastructure space? Have you managed P&L around or over $100MM for an operation making custom engineered products? Then this may the perfect position for you.

Minimum Requirements:

• Permanent Residency or US Citizenship.
• At least 5 years' experience managing a manufacturing plant making complex custom machinery or structures like those in large factories, shipyards, oil refineries, steel plants, or subsea structures.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Industrial Management, Engineering or related course of study.
• Previous experience managing a P&L for a manufacturer with a workforce of hundreds.
• Stable and progressive career track with 15 years or more manufacturing industry experience.
