Job Overview:
AAA Concrete in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Ready Mix Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a deep understanding of plant operations.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve overall plant performance
- Plan, organize, and direct the operations to meet production goals and customer requirements
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans
- Oversee inventory management, including materials planning, procurement, and control
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the plant
- Manage plant budget, including cost control measures and identifying areas for cost savings
- Manage a team of diverse individuals including plant operators, sales staff and truck drivers.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of production staff, providing coaching and guidance as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in Ready Mix / Concrete manufacturing is a plus
- Proven experience in plant management or a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing principles and process improvement initiatives
- Solid understanding of production planning, assembly, and quality control processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding innovative solutions
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations is a plus

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
