The primary purpose of the Personal Training position is to create working relationships with members and clients. The Personal Trainer’s job function will be to add value to each member’s VIDA Fitness membership, as well as enhance the member’s sense of belonging and sense of community within the club.

Personal Trainers are responsible for contributing to the overall club revenue goals and for building a practice with clients that provides safe, effective, results-based exercise programs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with clients, focusing on their individual fitness goals and needs
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' fitness levels and objectives
- Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their exercise programs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized training area

Experience:
- Previous experience in personal training or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of physical education, fitness sales, and group fitness is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide clear instructions
- Ability to assess clients' fitness levels and develop appropriate exercise programs
- CPR/AED certification is required
