Overview

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic candidates to join our Sole Pilates training team.

We will train the right candidate that has a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their wellness goals. teach you everything there is to know to become Sole Pilates Instructor in our new and revolutionary reformer and exclusive to Sole Pilates Training Method.

Duties:
- Conduct Pilates classes for individuals and groups
- Design and implement safe, effective, and enjoyable Pilates sessions
- Educate clients on proper form, body mechanics, and breathing techniques
- Provide personalized feedback and modifications to meet individual needs
- Develop tailored exercise programs based on clients' goals and abilities
- Lead dynamic and engaging Pilates sessions that motivate and inspire participants

Requirements:
- Ability to educate and inspire clients towards their fitness goals
- Additional certifications in CrossFit, Yoga, or Sports Coaching are a plus
- Strong program design skills to create diverse and challenging workouts

Advantageous: (But not Ness)

- Certification in Pilates instruction
- Proficiency in Pilates principles, techniques, and equipment
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Experience in teaching group fitness classes

Pay: $43.34 - $47.47 per hour

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
