We are excited to add another member to our team! If you are educated and passionate about the fitness industry we want to meet you. Fit In New England has held high standards over the past 7 years which has led us to be Medford's top rated Personal Training Studio on Google. We are looking to add another Coach to our team that truly cares about the people they are training. Clinical knowledge is extremely important and it is preferred that applicants already hold knowledge of Anatomy/Physiology. The expected educational standards can be taught through one on one teaching in studio and certification requirements as long as applicants have a true drive to be the best Coach they can be. Passion for Health/Fitness and caring is what drives the feel in our studio and we hope to build on it!

Our expectation is for the next hire to gain valuable experience and thrive.

Looking for a fitness professional that can perform the following:

-Bruce Protocol Stress Test (if no experience can be taught)

-Muscle/Skeletal movement analysis

-Knowledge of Anatomy/Physiology

-Ability to motivate with high energy

-Ability to connect with members

-A love for training and the fitness industry!

Each Coach is responsible for Personal Training, Group Training, and Small Group Classes. Every Coach is introduced to our programming style and how implementing it will lead to high client volumes. Our strategy is simple and effective as our membership retention is remarkable.

While each Coach is given the keys to success, it is important to add your own touch to training and this is where we love to collaborate! At FINE we share experiences and where we have found success to help each other and our members!

At our studio we are all about member engagement. Our members know every Coach and every Coach has an impact on every member. We always put forth our best efforts to give our members an experience full of sweat and laughter! We are looking for a team member who is committed to proper programming while being personable and bringing fun into the workouts!

A degree in Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, Sports Medicine is preferred, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Personal Training: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (Required)
  • AED Certification (Preferred)
