  • LOCATION: Burn Boot Camp location in Nolensville, TN

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Nationally Accredited Personal Trainer Certification
  • CPR Certification

THE POSITION:

We are looking to add a part-time trainer to our team at Burn Boot Camp in Nolensville Tennessee. As a part time Burn trainer, you will typically train 5-10 camps per week in addition to 1-3 non-training hours related to gym management operations. (social media content, managing the training staff, client relations, member engagement, promotional planning, team meetings, etc.)

At Burn Nolensville, we currently have 9 camps per day on weekdays & 3 camps on Saturday mornings. The ideal candidate would have availability to train a combination of morning and evening shifts each week with along with occasional Saturday availability.

PERSONALITY AND TRAINING STYLE

  • Always On. Exciting. Intense. Fun. These are the traits we look for in a trainer. Our camps at Burn are 45 minutes of high intensity cardio and strength workouts, and this position requires an outgoing, highly extroverted individual who will go all-in every time they step on the floor to train!

PROFICIENCY IS A MUST

  • This role requires an in depth understanding of the fundamentals of proper fitness training and instruction. A Burn trainer must also possess the interpersonal skills to instruct and guide others in a way that is professional, motivating and effective. Additionally, a candidate must be able to provide general nutritional guidance and coaching to clients through one-on-one focus meetings.

WILLINGNESS TO LEARN

  • The Burn training method is unique but defined. Our weekly protocols and the overall structure of our workouts are developed at the headquarters level. Our goal is to hire a great trainer who we can develop into a great Burn trainer. During the development period, or onboarding period, which generally lasts 2-3 weeks, you will be working directly under the guidance and instruction of our regional trainer manager. A successful candidate must be committed to mastering and implementing the methods and techniques specific to the Burn Boot Camp way of training.

COMPENSATION

  • $30 - $40 per camp depending on experience and qualifications.
