Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their fitness goals. You will also be responsible for promoting our services and generating sales. Responsibilities: - Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals, fitness levels, and any limitations or health concerns - Design individualized exercise programs based on clients' needs and goals, incorporating a variety of training techniques and equipment - Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise form, body mechanics, and injury prevention - Motivate and support clients during training sessions to ensure proper technique, intensity, and effort - Monitor clients' progress, track measurements, and adjust programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement - Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide general dietary guidance - Promote our services through effective sales techniques, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales - Maintain a clean and organized training area Skills: - Strong knowledge of fitness sales techniques to generate leads and close sales - Ability to design effective exercise programs tailored to individual client needs - Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients - In-depth understanding of body mechanics, anatomy, physiology, and physical education principles - Experience in personal training or sports coaching with a focus on functional training - Familiarity with group fitness classes and the ability to lead engaging workouts Requirements: - Certification in personal training from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE) - CPR/AED certification - Previous experience in personal training or related field preferred Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.45 - $25.65 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
