Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. Responsibilities: - Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and fitness levels - Design and implement customized workout programs based on clients' needs and preferences - Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and form - Motivate and support clients during training sessions to ensure they stay on track with their goals - Monitor clients' progress, track their performance, and make necessary adjustments to their programs - Educate clients on nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and overall wellness - Lead group fitness classes and provide coaching in various sports activities - Assist with fitness sales by promoting services, conducting tours, and explaining membership options Requirements: - Certification in personal training or related field (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM) - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles - Experience in program design for individuals of different fitness levels and goals - Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients - Sales experience or ability to promote services and generate leads - Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.
