Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. Your expertise in body mechanics, personal training techniques, and program design will be essential in creating effective workout plans tailored to each client's needs.

Duties:
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels and goals
- Develop customized workout programs based on clients' individual needs and preferences
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and maximize results
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle choices to enhance their overall well-being
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or a related field
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Experience in program design for various fitness levels and goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Sales skills to promote personal training services and attract new clients
- Previous experience in sports coaching or group fitness is a plus
