We have 1 Part Time Fitness Coach Position that move to Full time

We hire people passionate about strength training, health, fitness, and serving others to be their best. Hours are ~25 - 32 hours per week either AM or PM shifts (6-11am or 3-8pm). Our program bridges the gap between Physical Therapy (due to its safety) and personal training (due to its concentration on improving all aspects of full body fitness in intense but brief sessions.)

A qualified candidate for this position is one who a Bachelor’s or Associates degree in the field of Health and Fitness OR is in such a program and has completed Anatomy and Physiology I & II with Lab and/or Kinesiology with Lab. This person must desire a career in the fitness field. We are a growing company and need people who want to be part of that growth.

Duties will include: performing High Intensity Training Programs utilizing evidence-based methods including rehabilitation protocols; one-on-one and small group session administration; exercise prescriptions; follow established exercise protocols and chart progress; attend weekly staff meetings; participate in monthly educational seminars; participate in staff and client education; be a team player; live by Rock Solid Fitness FL’s Code of Conduct.
