Parts Specialist/Assistant Manager

Employment Information

We are looking for an experienced Parts Specialist to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive parts industry and be able to manage all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, pricing, and customer service. The successful candidate will also have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and order parts as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts orders and deliveries.
  • Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure parts are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in inventory control and order fulfillment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Previous dealership experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
