Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Manager to join our team. The Parts Manager will oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management of automotive parts for our Auto Body Shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive repair, demand planning, logistics, and procurement management.

Duties:

- Manage the parts department operations efficiently
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts inventory
- Source and procure automotive parts from various suppliers
- Ensure accurate pricing of parts for sales and service departments
- Coordinate with the service and sales teams to meet customer needs
- Monitor and control parts sales, purchases, and returns
- Oversee warehouse organization and maintain inventory accuracy
- Implement effective demand planning to meet customer demands

Experience:

- Previous experience in a Parts Manager role within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, dealership operations, and logistics
- Proficiency in procurement management and inventory control systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- CCC one Software experience

We are family owned and want someone to join our team, we do have 5 shops in the same block so traveling from shop to shop is a must to ensure our parts are given to the right people.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,833.46 - $58,810.18 per year
