We are currently seeking to hire a Factory Outside Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing engineering and manufacturing company. This is a hybrid remote, work-from-home position with regular 50%-75% travel expected throughout New England states of MA, CT, RI, VT, NH, ME to meet with distributors, designers, & contractors in the promotion of the product line. The ideal candidate should be home-based out of Boston or in the surrounding area, centrally located in and with the ability to physically travel throughout the territory.

Requirements:

  • College BS or BA degree preferred but not required
  • Construction Industry or Engineering knowledge/experience preferred, not required
  • 2 Years Sales Experience - Ideally as an outside sales role building and establishing relationships while promoting products and/or services

OR

  • 2 Years Design Experience – Ideally 2yrs experience in the architectural, landscape architecture, civil engineering, or MEP engineering fields.
  • Ability to read or be taught construction drawings, speak with designers, contractors, and wholesalers about projects and product applications.
  • Storm Water and/or Drainage Products specific experience is preferred but not required
  • Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, will train on Teams)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
  • Work independently to develop your territory while having a collaborative team to support those efforts.
  • Vehicle in working order to use for work travel purposes
  • Dependable home internet
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a valid US State-issued driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
