We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as an ORACLE DEVELOPER . This position is NOT REMOTE and will be based in our corporate office located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for Oracle EBS application support and development. As a member of our development team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and gain valuable hands-on functional and technical experience with the Oracle EBS financial system.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior developers and business system owners to understand application requirements and design specifications.
• Ability to analyze, design and support implementation of Oracle PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Views, create/alter database tables and PL/SQL collections based on business requirements and specifications.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure the quality and performance of developed applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, to gather requirements, provide technical support, and resolve application-related issues.
• Participate in training programs to enhance Oracle EBS related functional and technical knowledge.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including design documents and test plans.
• Grant, monitor, delete access to applications based on security requests.
• Work collaboratively with Application Development and Database Administration teams
• Additional tasks may be assigned based on business needs and individual capabilities.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• 1-3 years’ experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL database programming skills
• 1-3 years’ experience with Oracle development tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, and Shell Scripting, XML/BI Reports.
• Basic understanding of database configuration: schemas, table relationships, etc.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle EBS financial systems is preferred.
• Experience in integrating third-party applications with Oracle EBS financial systems.
