Grower Direct Nut Co. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our production lines and drive productivity. As the Operations Supervisor, you'll lead a team of supervisors, implement changes to improve efficiency, and ensure product quality meets our high standards.

• Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor line supervisors, resolving personnel issues and implementing change.
• Directly oversee various production supervisors and specialty operators.
• Ensure product quality through visual inspections and implementation of effective changes.
• Analyze production KPIs, identify trends, and develop action plans for improvement.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Inventory Management teams to align production schedules.
• Enforce operational training policies and provide training on industry processes and equipment operations safety.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must be a "team player" and able to work well with fellow employees.
• Regular attendance required.
• Must be able to work weekends as needed.
• Must have a valid CA driver license without restrictions.

Pay: $68,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
