We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operation Manger to oversee our warehouse operations. The Operation Manger will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a safe working environment. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management skills and a deep understanding of warehouse processes and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate operations
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and ensure timely delivery of products
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Develop and manage budgets for warehouse operations, including labor costs, equipment maintenance, and inventory expenses
- Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor in E-waste
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management and shipping.

-Must have knowlege in E-Recyling or E-waste.

-Have Some experince in sorting process and Shipping of E-waste Recyling
- Experience in Resale and Resuse E-waste
- Knowledge of safety regulations in a warehousing environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
