The Operations Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the restaurant to ensure effective high-quality service. They play a crucial role in ensuring the restaurants? success by implementing effective strategies and processes to enhance customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and drive profitability.

***CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE***
? Drive guest satisfaction by analyzing customer feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement.
? Work with management staff to ensure that all team members are trained to deliver a memorable dining experience.
? Resolve any guest complaint or concern promptly and professionally and provide feedback to the restaurant management team.

***LEADERSHIP AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT***
? Train and mentor restaurant staff, including management, front of house and back of house teams, on company standards.
? Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and support to maintain a motivated and high performing workforce.
? Foster a customer-centric culture that promotes teamwork, open communication, and professional growth ensuring exceptional service standards are always maintained.
? Develop and oversee all salaried manager training plans, including incoming and newly promoted positions.

***OPERATION AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT***
? Ensure that the daily operational activities are aligned with the company?s mission, values, and vision.
? Collaborate with management to understand business goals, priorities, and challenges.
? Lead and participate in process improvements, streamlining workflows and enhancing overall productivity.
? Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and effective operations.
? Identify operational challenges and work with management to develop effective solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency.
? Oversee inventory management to minimize waste, manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial goals are met.
? Monitor and manage labor costs to ensure optimal productivity.
? Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations enforcing restaurant policies and procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment.
? Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance and address any issues promptly.
? Contribute to the development of long-term strategies and goals, aligning operational plans with the company?s overall vision.
? Collaborate with management on restaurant repair and maintenance needs and facilitate repairs in a timely manner.

***QUALITY ASSURANCE***
? Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure all food and beverages served meet established quality standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines.
? Implement cost saving initiatives without compromising food quality and guest experience.
? Evaluate supplier performance and collaborate with senior management on opportunities to source high quality products at competitive prices.

***QUALIFICATIONS***
? Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Experience as a Regional/Area Restaurant Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in managing multi-unit restaurant operations.
? Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, including front of house and back of house functions.
? Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
? Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret business trends and reports.
? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
? Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
? Proficiency in restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
? Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
? Ability to travel within Alabama and Georgia, including spending significant time in various restaurant locations for extended periods, overseeing operations and interacting with staff and guests.
