Job Overview:
As a Operations and Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our logistics processes, fostering seamless communication across various departments, and driving the implementation of innovative ideas. Your responsibilities will also include serving as a liaison to our agents and vendors, managing aspects of our North American operations, and collaborating with our European team located in Poland, Lithuania, and Romania. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth into higher management, starting with hands-on experience in our logistics processes and strong team collaboration and you will be working directly with one of the owners of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize logistics processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
• Serve as a liaison to our agents and vendors, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication
• Collaborate with our North American and European teams to streamline operations and drive business growth
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with our growing package drop-off agent network
• Provide support and guidance to our current agents to ensure optimal performance and service quality

Requirements:

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish (Ukrainian fluency is a plus!)
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the logistics field (small parcel logistics experience preferred but not required)
• Strong result orientation, organizational skills, and a commitment to intensive work and professional development
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory or managerial experience
• Higher degree is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
