KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Spearhead our expansion efforts into new markets, utilizing strategic planning and operational insights.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and service excellence, enhancing collaboration across all teams.
- Analyze performance metrics to guide operational improvements and achieve excellence.
- Monitor financial and operational indicators to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain our commitment to outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every interaction.
- Prepare for and support future growth by developing a robust, high-performing operations team.
- Implement and manage projects using Key Performance Indicators.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 5 years of proven success in a senior operations management role, ideally within the facilities services or a related industry.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strategic thinking, with a focus on future growth and opportunities.
- Experience in driving innovation and implementing strategic initiatives an procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and leading diverse teams.
- Proficient in managing uncertainty and skilled in problem-solving.
- Preferably Bilingual English/Spanish speaker
COMPENSATION
- Competitive salary: $100,000 $120,000 per year.
- Annual bonus contingent on meeting performance.
