Amigos Tutoring, a leading K-12 tutoring company and SAT test prep provider, is currently seeking a District Manager to join our team. This leadership position will oversee the Miami District, which includes multiple locations. Please refer to our website, AmigosTutoring.com, for the list of our locations.

Job Description:

• Role: District Manager
• Responsibilities:
• Conducting interviews, hiring, training, and onboarding new staff members.
• Maintaining accountability of staff members.
• Handling customer service-related complaints regarding tutoring services.
• Managing approximately 2 tutors per location, totaling around 10 team members in total.
• Ensuring cleanliness and inventory management at each location.
• Providing assistance with physical tasks as needed.
• Work Hours: Full-time, from Noon to 8:00 PM on weekdays.
• Must be bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.

Requirements:

• Ability and willingness to drive to different locations within the Miami District.
• Positive attitude and excitement to work with children and young staff members.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role preferred.
• Experience in conducting interviews and training sessions.
• Ability to handle customer service-related complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Experience in tutoring or child service-related fields such as summer camps, instructors, coaches, teachers, tutors, registered behavior technicians (RBT), or any other child-related roles.

Compensation:

• The first 6 months will be a probationary period with hourly pay of $25, with monthly and quarterly bonuses available.
• After 6 months, a salary option will be available.

Pay: $69,596.00 - $77,074.00 per year
