Position Description: Position Title: Vacation Resort Operations Manager/Lead

Pay: Salary ($45,000 or higher based on experience)
Availability: Available Sunday to Saturday with days off in between and rotating weekends
Preferred hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager/Lead to join our team, responsible for housekeeping, managing staff and 3rd party housekeeping teams, hiring housekeepers, inspections, and laundry in vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate should possess previous experience in housekeeping or related fields, be able to work independently, or motivate a team, and have excellent attention to detail. Efficiency is vital.
Management Responsibilities: Hire housekeepers, manage staff, manage 3rd party housekeeping teams, schedule cleans for internal and external cleaners based check-ins and check-outs, communicate with homeowners about maintenance and cleans, represent resort in professional way, and be responsible for department profitability.
Housekeeping Responsibilities: Cleaning and sanitizing vacation rentals to the resort cleaning standards, tracking cleans for efficiency and profitability, creating Breezeway tasks for maintenance to follow up, and communicating issues to managers or homeowners.
Laundry Responsibilities: Sort, load washer/dryers and operate a folding machine for linens and towels from the resort.
Inspections Responsibilities: Inspect home after clean to check for cleanliness and any missing or broken items in the homes as well as report any items that maintenance may need to take care of. Maintain adequate inventory levels.
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields
Previous management experience or proven ability to lead others
Ability to work independently and efficiently while leading a team or motivating employees
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Effective time management abilities
