Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This position requires strong time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Duties:
- Assist in managing inventory and stock levels
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Conduct interviews and assist with the selection process
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Assist in creating and maintaining operational reports and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Support leadership in implementing operational strategies
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role preferred
- Strong math skills for inventory management and financial analysis
- Familiarity with retail management practices is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
