As Standard Fiber continues to grow and expand our capabilities, we have an opening for an Operations Application Support Manager.

Job Purpose:

The Operations Application Support Manager will be leader for all Operations technology products, including a new WMS and any related products. This position will lead design, planning, architecture, configuration, testing, training, and troubleshooting within Operations for the WMS and related products. Additionally, this person will partner with the IT Department in technical and system implementation. This position will identify and drive new technology projects to improve operations at multiple locations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operations product owner and project manager for the upcoming WMS project and any future projects.
  • Ensuring the project stays on track and key milestones are achieved as outlined.
  • Configuration and architecture for WMS and other technology products based on Operational needs and best practices in collaboration with IT.
  • Creation and implementation of SOPs.
  • Conduct training for facility level super users and “train the trainers.”
  • Administer and resolve application issues for all Operations owned products on an ongoing basis.
  • Coordinate testing as required for system implementation in cooperation with IT.
  • Create reporting within the WMS for use by relevant departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with using a WMS, specifically implementation of a new software package.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a distribution, fulfillment center, and/or manufacturing facility.
  • Prior experience with “big box” retailers preferred.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, meeting deadlines, and timely follow-up.
  • Well-developed communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and organized, hands on attitude a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office365 and have good computer skills. NetSuite experience a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess skills to train a team of inexperienced workforce.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

EDUCATION

  • College degree and or equivalent experience preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Travel

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
