  • Process new leases and lease renewals.
  • Create monthly occupancy reports.
  • Maintain Resident Database.
  • Supervise the Administrative Assistant.
  • Develop and oversee Administration budget.
  • Assist residents with move-ins, move-outs, and transfers.
  • Manage employee files and conduct new hire orientation.
  • Oversee Worker’s Compensation and Unemployment Insurance.
  • Respond to Missouri Division of Employment Claims.
  • Assist in making revisions to Employee Handbook and distribute as necessary.
  • Update job descriptions and maintain Job Descriptions file.
  • Request employment reports on all new hires, upon job offer.
  • Process health, dental and life insurance paperwork for employees.
  • Assist in planning and executing month employee appreciation events.
  • Order office supplies and oversee maintenance of office equipment.
  • Prepare numerous reports for directors and owners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Office management: 1 year (Required)
