Compensation: $26,000 and up. No Overtime provided.

  • Open office at 08:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. Monday thru Friday

Perform HR tasks and duties.

Assist HR Manager with day-to-day tasks.

Investigate and/or document complaints to HR Manager.

Assist in recruitment/screening of new candidates and manage re-hire screening.

  • Perform morning rounds in office to ensure office is safe.
  • Wipe down receptionist/conference area.
  • “Positive” and “Friendly” attitude always.
  • Maintain the reception and conference area to ensure cleanliness and readiness to use.
  • Answer phones promptly with a courteous, friendly, and helpful tone while being very professional.
  • Screen all calls by taking appropriate messages, direct all other calls promptly to office management staff.
  • Routinely check the mail outside the office, distributing mail appropriately to proper manager in office.
  • Order office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain uniform inventory in the utility closet; in the excel database.
  • Assist Human Resources Manager, CEO, Office Manager, Operations and Field Manager with general office duties as assigned.
  • Willing to learn new things, be creative and intuitive in your own manner, have a desire to grow while multitasking in a busy work environment.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Have excellent “Follow-up” skills, it is a must in this growing fast-paced setting.
  • Customer Service is “KEY” in this role; please ensure that it is always displayed while in the office.
