Job Summary:
We are seeking a Night Manager to oversee our operations during the night shift. The Night Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality control standards, and managing a team of night shift employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.

Night Production Manager Requirements

REQUIRED - Experience working in a warehouse environment in the beverage manufacturing industry.

- Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and written to team and upper management.

- Ability to communicate solutions if problems occur.
- Coordinate and oversee night shift operations, including production planning, assembly, and quality control
- Manage a team of night shift employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and reducing waste
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to track inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Address any issues or concerns raised by employees and work towards resolving them in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure smooth transition between shifts

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of production processes
- Experience in production planning and implementing lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in quality control methods and techniques
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Night shift 4 pm - 3 am; M-TH with some occasional Saturday OT availability

- Must be a hands-on manager and help in areas as needed.

- Assure companies policies are maintained for health and safety compliance.

- Observe and monitor the quality of products.

- Observe and monitor daily warehouse activities.

- Involved in training new warehouse personnel.

- Ensure that equipment is maintained to company operating standards.

- Ability to lift 30 lbs. repetitively throughout shift.

- Supervising 8-16 shift employees

- Multilingual is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.63 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
