Standard Requirements:

  • Work the Leads Provided, Communicate with Clients, Design High End Residential Landscapes
  • Utilize CAD and design software to create construction details, design documents, and construction documents
  • Develop highly detailed documents (plans, sections, details, material schedules) ready for estimation and for construction.
  • Have accurate scaling, proportions and interpretation of layouts, sketches, redlined prints, or other drawings
  • Good Understanding of Pool Studio and how to do 3D Drawings
  • Review and sets up drawings & designs to ensure adherence to municipality, HOA, and in-house specifications and standards
  • Contribute to the development of documents and permit applications required for city and county approval
  • Review all work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting for review

Special Requirements:

  • Landscape Architecture license not required
  • At least 2 years experience in Design and Sales. (assuming this is a college graduate or cad technician position)
  • Display a desire to learn and develop skills necessary for assuming additional responsibilities to move up within the office

Qualifications:

· Knowledge of Arizona landscape, hardscape materials, irrigation, and landscape construction details

· Autodesk (Autocad) 2 Year (required)

· Arizona plant knowledge (required)

· Construction and Design Knowledge (required)

· Basic Excel Skills (required)

· Pool Studio software knowledge (preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Drafting, AutoCAD or another related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
