Responsibilities:
  • Lead administrative support for healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless patient care coordination and medical evaluation processes.
  • Facilitate patient appointments and examinations by efficiently managing schedules and coordinating necessary documentation.
  • Oversee the execution of routine office procedures, including inventory management, purchasing supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining meticulous records, responding to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Organize and maintain office infrastructure, ensuring the availability and functionality of essential equipment and supplies.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of relevant office management or administrative assistant programs preferred.
  • Previous experience in office management or administration; familiarity with healthcare environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in office software and applications, strong interpersonal skills, and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
