Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the NVH team on designing and integrating NVH-specific parts such as BIW sealing lines, plugs, baffles, foam, and CLD patches.
• Design basic structures for test fixtures on cars and in test environments.
• Work with various engineering teams to review design solutions for NVH performance improvement and influence designs based on engineering principles.
• Develop audit plans to ensure designs are executed correctly by prototype and manufacturing teams.
• Conduct testing on BIWs as part of prototype and assembly line audits.
• Deliver high NVH performance while managing cost and mass targets.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Structural Design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excellent knowledge of structural design.
